This happened again several times whenever we hung out together, even though she never smoked except for once or twice.I'd pull out a cigarette, and she'd eagerly light it for me.It rarely was an issue but if we ever got into an unrelated argument, she'd usually try to sneak it in there as a "problem," in our relationship, even though she knew she was only using it as a red herring of sorts.I always just reminded her that I was completely open about my smoking before we started dating and she knew what she was getting into beforehand, so it was never something she hung onto for very long.Obviously I much prefer dating a fellow smoker not only because she would be more willing to cater to my fetish, but it's less likely to be a problem in the relationship when both people smoke. That said, my relationships with non-smokers have varied from "great" to "troubled" when it came to smoking. To be clear, I wouldn't say I'm a "heavy smoker." On average, I probably go through half a pack a day or so and sometimes not even that much.On long, stressful days, or long nights out at the bar, I may approach close to a whole pack, but I don't think I've ever gone through a whole pack in a single day.

Still, the periodic times when she made it an issue were frustrating, to say the least.

We went out to dinner, went for a walk in a nearby park, typical stuff.

I had a couple of cigarettes during that time; she never indicated it was an issue.

My friend, however, was a heavy smoker -- smoked much more than I did (or do today) -- and he lived in a "smoke friendly" house.

So she was constantly around it, but any time I was hanging around them, she never once made it an issue.

I'm a nonsmoker (but has tried it before & didn't enjoy it) that loves the sight and smell of a beautiful lady smoking so much that I'd like to date smokers.
