In these Terms and Conditions: "West Australian Newspapers", "WAN", "we" or "us" means West Australian Newspapers Limited and its related corporations (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001), of 50 Hasler Road Osborne Park, WA 6017, (ABN 98 008 667 632)."Subscriber", "Customer" or "You" means a person who is a subscriber to our publications (whether print or digital), including to a Print Subscription, a Digital Subscription or a Digital Plus Print Subscription Bundle.Your Print Subscription can be temporarily suspended for a maximum of 90 days on each occasion.The equivalent dollar value of the days for which your Print Subscription is temporarily suspended will be credited to the end of your Print Subscription.1.1 Your Print Subscription is an ongoing Subscription which you pay for either by Direct Debit in accordance with our Direct Debit Agreement (“Direct Debit Subscription”), or by invoice payments (“Bill Me” Subscription”) at 4 week or 12 week intervals. 1.2 Print Subscriptions are valid in the existing home delivery network in WA only, and you acknowledge and agree that the parts and sections of the publication deemed part of the publication for delivery in your home area may change from time to time in accordance with West Australian Newspapers reasonable logistics and operational requirements.
"Digital Subscription" means a standard digital subscription taken up directly with West Australian Newspapers for The West Australian, Sunday Times, Weekend West, Kalgoorlie Miner and TABForm and includes one digital edition of each of the publications listed above (including all parts and sections of the publication deemed part of the publication), access to premium content on (not available to anyone without a Digital Subscription), and membership in the West Benefits program, our subscriber loyalty program.
The authority to debit your account every 4 weeks or 12 weeks (as applicable) remains valid until your Subscription has been cancelled in accordance with clause 1.5 of these Print Subscription Terms and Conditions..
If you cancel your Subscription, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the outstanding portion of your current direct debit pay cycle (either 4 or 12 weeks) for which payment has already been debited.
We will always inform you in advance of any increase in the price of your Subscription and offer you an opportunity to cancel it if you do not wish to pay the new price.
2.4 Eligibility for any discounts is ascertained at the time you subscribe and cannot be changed during the term of your Subscription.
2.5 You are responsible for the payment of all charges associated with the use, by you or someone else, of the Subscription using your ID.
